What is Inkify?

Inkify is a platform that combines traditional CMS capabilities with advanced artificial intelligence to automate content creation. With Inkify you can:

  • Create articles manually or generate them with AI in seconds
  • Set up AI reporters with unique personalities to write content
  • Create videos, podcasts, and reels automatically with Media Studio

Create your first publication

Follow these steps to create your digital publication in less than 5 minutes:

  1. 1Sign in to your Inkify account. If you don't have one yet, click 'Sign Up' and complete the form with your email.
  2. 2Once inside, you'll be directed to the initial setup wizard. Choose a memorable name for your publication.
  3. 3Select a unique slug (e.g.: my-blog). This will be part of your URL: your-slug.appinkify.com
  4. 4Choose the main category for your publication (news, technology, lifestyle, etc.).
  5. 5Optionally, upload your logo and define your brand colors.
  6. 6Done! Your publication is created and ready for content.

Article Management

Articles are the heart of your publication. Inkify offers you multiple ways to create content: manually, with AI assistance through the powerful AI News Studio, or fully automated with scheduled workflows.

Article Panel Overview

The article panel is your command center for managing all editorial content. From here you can view all your articles, filter them by different criteria, and quickly access content creation.

At the top you'll see the total article count and a search bar to quickly find specific content.

TitleArticle name with a content preview. Click to edit the article.
ReporterArticle author (human or AI) with their profile photo. Shows who wrote the content.
OriginIndicates how the article was created: 'Automation' (auto-generated) or 'Journalist' (manual/AI Studio).
TypeWriter type that created the content: Blogger, Journalist, Chronicler, etc.
CategoryThematic classification of the article (Technology, News, etc.).
StatusCurrent status: Draft, Published, Scheduled, In Review, or Archived.

Create an Article Manually

Inkify's editor is powerful yet intuitive. Perfect for when you want to write content from scratch with full control over every aspect of the article.

  1. 1Go to the 'Articles' section in the left sidebar.
  2. 2Click the 'New Article' button in the top right corner.
  3. 3Write an engaging title that captures your readers' attention.
  4. 4Use the visual editor to write your content. You can format text, add images, quotes, lists, and more.
  5. 5In the right panel, add a featured image. This will appear in previews and social media.
  6. 6Select a category and add relevant tags to improve organization and SEO.
  7. 7Configure SEO options: meta title, meta description, and custom slug.
  8. 8Save as draft to continue later, or publish directly.

AI News Studio - AI Generation

The AI News Studio is the heart of intelligent content generation in Inkify. This powerful tool allows you to create high-quality articles in minutes, combining the creativity of artificial intelligence with the unique style of your configured reporters.

1 Access the AI News Studio

  • From the sidebar, go to 'Articles' and click 'AI News Studio'
  • From any admin page, use the floating '+' button and select 'Generate with AI'
  • From the articles panel, click 'New' โ†’ 'Generate with AI'

2 Select a Writer (AI Reporter)

The first step in the AI News Studio is choosing who will write your article. Each writer has a unique style, tone, and area of specialization that will be reflected in the generated content.

AI Reporters

AI Reporters are the heart of content automation in Inkify. Each reporter is a unique writing "personality" that generates content with a specific style, tone, and specialization.

What are AI Reporters?

Think of AI Reporters as virtual writers who work for your publication. Each one has their own identity:

  • Name and profile photo that appear as the article author
  • Biography describing their experience and specialization
  • Defined writing tone (formal, casual, technical, etc.)
  • Subject areas in which they are experts
  • Format and structure preferences

Create a new Reporter

  1. 1Go to 'Settings' โ†’ 'AI Reporters' in the sidebar.
  2. 2Click 'Create Reporter' in the top right corner.
  3. 3Assign a professional name to the reporter (e.g.: 'Maria Garcia', 'Tech Insider').
  4. 4Upload a profile photo or use the built-in avatar generator.
  5. 5Write a compelling biography describing the reporter's experience.
  6. 6Define the writing tone: formal, casual, technical, humorous, etc.
  7. 7Specify areas of specialization (technology, sports, finance, etc.).
  8. 8Configure format preferences: use of subheadings, lists, preferred length.
  9. 9Save the reporter. It's ready to use in your automations.

Automation Studio

The Automation Studio is Inkify's visual workflow editor. It allows you to create complete content generation and distribution pipelines using an interactive canvas with connected nodes.

How does it work?

Each automation is a visual flow composed of connected nodes. Content flows from left to right: it starts with a trigger, goes through content generators, and ends at publishing destinations.

Node Types

๐Ÿ”ต Trigger

The initial node of each flow. Defines when the automation runs:

RSS FeedActivates when an RSS source has new content. Transforms external news into your own articles.
ScheduleRuns at defined times (e.g.: Monday at 9am, every 6 hours).
ManualRuns only when you manually activate it from the panel.

๐ŸŸข Content Generators

Create different types of content from the trigger:

ArticleGenerates a complete article with AI using the configured reporter and template. It's the mandatory node after the Trigger.
ReelCreates a short vertical video (Reel) based on the generated article. Ideal for Instagram and TikTok.
News PromoGenerates a short news-style promotional video with graphics and animated text.
PodcastConverts the article into a podcast episode with natural AI voices.

Adds a delay or schedule between generation and publishing. Useful for distributing content at different times of the day:

  • Relative delay: publish X hours/minutes after generating
  • Specific time: wait until a specific time of day
  • Allows staggering publications to avoid flooding your networks

Create a workflow

  1. 1Go to 'Automation Studio' in the sidebar.
  2. 2Click 'New Automation'. The canvas will open with an initial Trigger node.
  3. 3Configure the Trigger: choose RSS, schedule, or manual. Assign sources or define schedules.
  4. 4Click the '+' button on the Trigger to add the Article node (required).
  5. 5Configure the Article: select an AI reporter, template, category, and language.
  6. 6From the Article, add more nodes: Reel, News Promo, Podcast, Scheduler, or Destinations.
  7. 7Each node is configured by clicking on it. Complete the required fields.
  8. 8Connect multiple destinations to publish on several channels at once.
  9. 9Activate the automation with the toggle at the top.

Builder Rules

  • The Trigger is always the first node and is required
  • Article is required as the first step after the Trigger
  • There can only be one Article, one Reel, one News Promo, and one Podcast per flow
  • A Scheduler can only appear once per branch
  • Available destinations depend on the upstream content type
  • Videos and News Promos can only go to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Articles can go to any destination

Execution history

Each automation maintains a detailed history of its executions. You can see:

  • Date and time of each execution
  • Status of each node: successful, in progress, error
  • Content generated at each step
  • Detailed errors if something failed
  • Total execution time of the flow

Content Sources

Content sources allow you to import information from RSS feeds, blogs, and external websites to transform it into original content for your publication.

Add an RSS feed

  1. 1Go to 'Sources' in the sidebar.
  2. 2Click 'Add Source' at the top.
  3. 3Paste the RSS feed URL (usually ends in /feed or /rss).
  4. 4Inkify will automatically detect the feed's name and description.
  5. 5Configure the check frequency: every hour, every 6 hours, or daily.
  6. 6Optionally, add keywords to filter only relevant content.
  7. 7Assign the source to a thematic group for better organization.
  8. 8Save the source. It will start syncing immediately.

Organize your sources in thematic groups for easier management:

  • Create groups by topic: 'Technology', 'Sports', 'Finance', etc.
  • Assign multiple sources to each group

  • Filter content by keywords at the group level

Categories & Tags

Good content organization improves your readers' experience and your site's SEO. Categories and tags are your main tools to achieve this.

Categories

Categories are the main way to organize your content. Each article belongs to a main category. Think of them as newspaper sections.

  1. 1Go to 'Settings' โ†’ 'Categories'.
  2. 2You'll see existing categories in a sortable list.
  3. 3Click 'New Category' to create one.
  4. 4Define a clear and concise name (e.g.: 'Technology', 'Opinion', 'Sports').
  5. 5The slug is generated automatically, but you can customize it.
  6. 6Add a description that will appear on the category page.
  7. 7Optionally, upload a cover image for the category.
  8. 8Drag categories to sort them according to your preference in the menu.

Tags

  • Use consistent tags to improve internal navigation
  • Tags appear as filters on your public site
  • They help readers find related content
  • They improve SEO by creating archive pages for each tag

Media Studio

Media Studio is your multimedia production center. Create professional videos and complete podcasts using artificial intelligence, directly from Inkify.

Generate high-quality videos from your articles or from scratch. Each video type is optimized for a specific purpose.

Newsroom

The Newsroom is your AI editorial team. A pipeline of specialized agents that review each article before publishing, ensuring quality, accuracy, and editorial consistency.

How does it work?

When an article is sent to the Newsroom (manually or from an automation), it goes through a series of AI agents that analyze it from different perspectives. Each agent generates a score and improvement suggestions.

ReadabilityAnalyzes text readability. Evaluates sentence complexity, vocabulary, and structure. Suggests simplifications.
Fact CheckerVerifies data, dates, names, and claims. Flags unverifiable or potentially incorrect information.
Source FidelityCompares the generated article with the original source to ensure information accuracy.
PersuasionEvaluates the text's ability to engage and persuade the reader. Analyzes hooks, CTAs, and narrative structure.

Approval Flow

  1. 1The article arrives at the Newsroom (from AI News Studio, manually, or from an automation).
  2. 2Configured agents analyze the content in parallel.
  3. 3Each agent generates a score (0-100) and a list of issues found.
  4. 4If all scores exceed configured thresholds, the article is automatically approved.
  5. 5If any agent detects serious issues, the article is flagged for human review.
  6. 6You can review suggestions, apply or discard them, and approve manually.

Configuration per Publication

Customize which agents to use and their approval thresholds:

  • Enable or disable individual agents according to your needs
  • Configure minimum score thresholds for automatic approval
  • Define if certain agents can block publication
  • Adjust each agent's sensitivity (strict vs. permissive)

Social Hub

The Social Hub is your social media command center. From here you can create, schedule, publish, and analyze all your social content from a single place.

Custom Domain
